I really enjoyed the workshop! This course helped me align my values and revisit why I wanted to be an OT which I think was really great! I also enjoyed re-visiting some emotional regulation concepts which I can use with myself but also my clients. Early practicing OT's could also benefit from this as well as understanding and defining what well-being means to them. This is something that is not only important as a new grad but throughout our whole careers.
