Elissa provided a variety of useful (invaluable) information, examples and resources and presented it in a way that was easy to understand but thorough. I really enjoyed this - the 2 hours flew by!

A great session! I found going through the NDIS report template useful and gained different perspectives / information to include in future report writing.
