WHAT OTHERS ARE SAYING

I found the workshop informative and helpful. I will certainly be doing more research on the coregulation approach and implementing some of this new knowledge into my own practice. A key takeaway was that it is most important to address how to parent responds to the situation and helps the child co-regulate, and that it should not depend solely on the child to regulate themselves.
"

Really good way of bringing all the different theories in and explaining plan langauge. I really enjoyed the practical examples included in this workshop. It was very helpful in understanding co-regulation also.
