Book NowI’ve finished watching a training on working with new graduates and it was fantastic. Full of what’s the problem and how to fix them. Karen is incredibly generous in what she shares. From how to create a sliding salary based on meeting kpi’s, to the types of work skills that new graduates need to be taught - this was GOLD. It will have a huge impact on how I work with clients. The Verve OT learning platform is outstanding.
