Registration and Payment:
To register for an online workshop, please visit our website or designated registration platform.
Payment must be made in full at the time of registration to secure your spot in the workshop.

Cancellation and Refunds:
Cancellations made by participants:
Participants can request a full refund up to 30 days prior to the workshop start date.
Cancellations made after this period may not be eligible for a refund, but exceptions may be made in extenuating circumstances at the discretion of the workshop coordinator.
Cancellations made by the organiser:
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances or low enrolment, participants will receive a full refund.
We will notify participants of any cancellations via email as soon as possible.

Workshop Access:
Upon successful registration and payment, participants will receive a confirmation email containing details on how to access the workshop.
Workshop materials, including any required readings or resources, will be provided to participants prior to the workshop start date.

Conduct and Participation:
Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner during the workshop, both towards the facilitator and fellow participants.
Active participation is encouraged, and participants are welcome to ask questions and engage in discussions related to the workshop topic.

Recording and Distribution:
Workshop sessions will be recorded by the organiser for quality assurance and educational purposes.
By participating in the workshop, participants consent to the recording of their voice and/or video during workshop sessions.
Recorded sessions may be distributed to registered participants for review purposes only and should not be shared with individuals who have not registered for the workshop.

Technical Requirements:
Participants are responsible for ensuring they have access to the necessary technology and internet connection to participate in the workshop.
Technical support may be provided within reason, but participants should familiarise themselves with the workshop platform prior to the start of the workshop.

Feedback and Suggestions:
